1. Use of This Website

3. Portfolio Display & Client Work
Abby Rouby Creative reserves the right to showcase completed design projects—including branding, illustrations, and digital work—in portfolios, on this website, and in marketing or promotional materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing with the client.
4. Service Inquiries & Project Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry via the website does not guarantee a working relationship. All project requests are subject to availability, timeline, and compatibility. Abby Rouby Creative reserves the right to decline any project for any reason.
While a pricing guide may be provided upon request or through a form submission, all pricing listed in the guide is approximate and intended for general reference only. Final pricing will be determined based on the scope, complexity, and timeline of each individual project. Abby Rouby Creative reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time and for any client.
5. Payments & Refunds
All design services are customized to the client’s needs and are therefore non-refundable. Project bookings may require a deposit and signed contract, as outlined in individual client agreements. The terms of payment, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined in a service agreement prior to the start of any project. Remaining balances must be paid in full by the agreed-upon deadline. If payment is not received on time, project work may be delayed or paused.
Accepted payment methods include: Direct deposit, Venmo, PayPal,Certified checks
Please note: e-checks and Zelle payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds are not offered for completed work or for deposits once the project has started, unless otherwise specified in writing. In the event of a project cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
6. Email Opt-Ins & Data Collection
When you provide your email address to receive a pricing guide or other resources, you consent to receive occasional emails from Abby Rouby Creative. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those emails.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, used, and protected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Abby Rouby Creative is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, technical issues, or loss of data.
